Mimi Torres has twenty years of experience in the nonprofit and promotional industries. She’s been vegan since 2005 (she even has the tattoo) and will continue to be vegan for life. She loves the varied nature of events and she has many stories from her days as a brand ambassador - especially from her costume character gigs which have included Mario, the Nesquik Bunny and Peppa the Pig.
